New Case Study: Aptaria as a Salesforce App Innovation Partner for KZO Drive

KZO Innovations produces an enterprise software suite for creating, managing, and delivering videos.

After years of using video communications to fuel its own sales, KZO wanted to build an app that would allow other companies to do the same. To develop the app on Salesforce, KZO needed the expertise of a Salesforce app innovation partner.

Aptaria integrated KZO’s sophisticated video platform with Salesforce. Now KZO clients can easily connect videos with their leads and send customized emails—all from within Salesforce.

“It was Aptaria’s knowledge of Salesforce, the sales process, and the Salesforce development architecture that was the most useful to us,” says KZO co-founder Jeff Fissell.

The KZO Drive app was listed on the AppExchange in September 2016. Metrics from early adopters show that the app has the power to engage prospects more than sales emails typically can. Emails sent from KZO Drive achieve a 27% clickthrough rate, in contrast to single-digit clickthrough rates on traditional follow-up emails.
