 Aptaria was engaged by the American Red Cross to provide critical technical services to the ARC's Donor CRM project which will bring modern CRM technologies and techniques to the noble mission of increasing the number of Americans that regularly donate blood to the ARC. Aptaria provided chief architecture, development and project management services to the project which is based on Siebel 7.8, JBoss Portal and App Server, Struts, Hibernate and Sonic ESB.
