3 New Clients Choose Aptaria for Salesforce Customization Projects

posted on January 17th, 2018by Andrew Lawlor

In the last quarter of 2017, we welcomed 3 new clients: technology companies ARG and ServicePower as well as nonprofit ClearPath.

Their different projects exemplify the many ways Salesforce—and Aptaria—can help businesses and organizations.

ARG, Inc. is a service broker for telecommunications and technology services. ARG hired us to build a modern Salesforce solution for managing commissions and customer relations. The new system will replace ARG’s current SQLServer-based operational support system (OSS).

We’re delivering a comprehensive and seamlessly integrated system that handles all these facets of ARG’s business:

  • Marketing
  • Sales
  • Account management
  • Project management
  • Client service

This solution will include commissions management capabilities using Pardot, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

ServicePower sells software for field service management. We implemented Sales Cloud to replace HubSpot as ServicePower’s CRM.

In addition, our team integrated Salesforce with HubSpot, which will continue to act as ServicePower’s inbound marketing automation tool. We migrated customer information from HubSpot to Sales Cloud, so that ServicePower can use Salesforce analytics to explore both new and historical data.

ClearPath, an organization that advocates for clean energy, contracted us to improve their existing Salesforce system. We made it possible for ClearPath to track all its Capitol Hill contacts and lobby more effectively to pass legislation.

ClearPath also wants to engage all its other contacts through Salesforce. We’re working to further customize their system and implement the specific legislator tracking tool KnowWho.

Our certified Salesforce consultants and developers are happy to be making progress on all 3 of these client projects. We look forward to sharing results soon.
