New Salesforce Case Study for Finance: Lee, Sipe, and Associates

posted on January 18th, 2019by Andrew Lawlor

We recently published a Salesforce case study about our work for Lee, Sipe, and Associates (LSA). This firm of financial advisors, a branch of Raymond James, specializes in serving career government employees.

  • Challenge: The structure of LSA’s old Salesforce system required duplicate data entry and made it difficult to organize client information.
  • Action: Our team restructured and customized Sales Cloud to capture relationships between data. We also trained the firm’s employees to use the new system.
  • Result: LSA’s new Salesforce system saves time, reduces human error, and improves reporting on client interactions.

Managing Partner Dan Sipe praised Aptaria’s clear, collaborative approach: “As a non ‘digital native’ it was refreshing to work with a tech organization that did not talk down to us.”

Administrative Associate Linda Hope agrees: “They’re easy to work with and insightful. You can tell they’re very experienced. You present them with a problem or an issue, and they come up with great ideas.”
