At Aptaria, we’re always excited to work with an innovative company that wants to leverage the Salesforce AppExchange to enhance its product or service.

That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our newest client: Databook.

Since its founding in 2017, Databook has established a reputation as a leader in enterprise customer intelligence — some have called its products “moneyball for sales.” The Palo Alto-based company completed a $16 million round of funding earlier this year, led by Microsoft’s venture fund, M12.

Notably, another of Databook’s investors is Salesforce itself.

Databook’s Enterprise Customer Intelligence Platform is a secure, cloud-based application that provides salespeople with real-time insights and personalized recommendations about customers and prospects.

The AI-powered platform delivers “actionable intelligence that would otherwise take sales teams weeks or months to compile.”

The partnership with Databook leverages Aptaria’s expertise as a Product Development Organization (PDO). Aptaria has developed Salesforce AppExchange Apps for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) for years, but this will be Databook’s first AppExchange app.

The app will allow Salesforce users to gain insights on their enterprise customers and close deals faster and with more predictability. It also will allow Databook to tap into a new revenue channel for its service, with access to Salesforce’s 150,000-plus business customers.

Aptaria’s work also will ensure that Databook’s app passes Salesforce’s strict security review process and is listed promptly on the AppExchange.

Salesforce, meanwhile, is not just a Databook investor. It will be one of the first customers to use Databook’s Salesforce App — and the app will help Salesforce close deals faster.
