After more than 12 years of working with Salesforce, Jenn can adapt the platform to a wide variety of contexts. She has tackled projects in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors and across multiple industries, including software, life sciences, finance, and associations.
Jenn is a nine-time Salesforce certified professional: Sales Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Pardot Consultant, nonprofit Consultant, Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer. Jenn is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM™).
Prior to joining Aptaria, Jenn was a senior operations analyst and Salesforce expert for a large software company. In that role, she provided support for over 500 Salesforce and 100 partner portal users. Seeking to broaden her knowledge of Salesforce and how the application can be leveraged across multiple industries, Jenn joined Aptaria in March 2013.
In her free time, Jenn enjoys reading, cooking, exploring the great outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. A lifelong horse lover, she recently realized her childhood dream of owning her own horse.
