New Case Study: Salesforce ISV Development for WealthEngine

posted on August 8th, 2018by Andrew Lawlor

We just published a case study about our recent work for WealthEngine. In this project, we updated an AppExchange app to let users pull data from multiple records at once.

Several years ago, Aptaria helped WealthEngine build its AppExchange app as a resource to win and keep clients. In 2017, the wealth research company decided to further improve its product and strengthen its integration with Salesforce.

WealthEngine planned to enhance its user-facing platform with a variety of features, including some that customers had specifically requested. Any changes to the platform required complex updates on the Salesforce side, so WealthEngine contacted Aptaria.

  • Challenge: WealthEngine aimed for a simpler, more efficient app with tighter 2-way integration. Clients wanted to obtain data on many prospects simultaneously.
  • Action: We reintegrated and reconfigured the Salesforce system to enable smoother information sharing between WealthEngine’s platform and their database.
  • Result: The latest version of WealthEngine’s app launched in early 2018. Customers love the new functionality that allows them to pull thousands of records at once and saves large amounts of time.

WealthEngine is pleased with the success of the new app iteration. As CTO Leo Scott said, “We’d definitely recommend Aptaria as an integrator that you can get good value from working with. Their flexibility and straightforward approach to a solution is powerful.”
