Phil has been working with Salesforce for over 16 years and has performed more than 60 customer implementations during that time. He is a certified Sales Cloud Consultant and certified Salesforce Administrator. Most of his experience has been in the Sales Cloud, the Service Cloud, and Salesforce Communities, as well as integrations with many Salesforce add-on products, such as Pardot, Eloqua, and Demand Tools.
Phil has implemented and supported Salesforce clients ranging from 5 seats to 2,000 seats. His past portfolio includes commercial, nonprofit, and governmental clients such as Colliers International, See’s Candies, New Balance Shoes, the US Postal Service, and John Kerry’s Presidential campaign. Phil joined Aptaria in 2008.
Phil holds a B.A. degree in Political Science and an M.B.A. in Information Systems from George Washington University.
He lives near Denver with his wife and daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys playing board games and traveling.
