Andrew Lawlor is a leading authority and published author on cloud computing and CRM technology. He specializes in helping companies and government agencies fully integrate Salesforce and other cloud-based applications with enterprise software. He is a Salesforce.com Certified Salesforce Developer and Certified Scrum Master (CSM™).
Since founding Aptaria in 2002, Andrew has led integration and implementation projects for major clients including Citibank, Danone, Colliers International, American Red Cross, and ExxonMobil. Prior to Aptaria, he held IT management positions at Verizon and webMethods.
Andrew holds an Electrical Engineering degree with honors from the University of Maryland at College Park and he studied computer science and electrical engineering at Columbia University's Graduate School. He is a Salesforce.com Certified Developer.
Andrew lives in McLean, Virginia with his wife, daughter, and son. When not working he enjoys playing and watching basketball and playing poker.
Functional Architect
After more than 10 years of working with Salesforce, Jenn can adapt the platform to a wide variety of contexts. She has tackled projects in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors and across multiple industries, including software, life sciences, finance, and associations.
Jenn is a seven-time Salesforce certified professional: Sales Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Pardot Consultant, Non-Profit Consultant, Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer. Jenn is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM™).
Prior to joining Aptaria, Jenn was a senior operations analyst and Salesforce expert for a large software company. In that role, she provided support for over 500 Salesforce and 100 partner portal users. Seeking to broaden her knowledge of Salesforce and how the application can be leveraged across multiple industries, Jenn joined Aptaria in March 2013.
In her free time, Jenn enjoys reading, cooking, exploring the great outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. A lifelong horse lover, she recently realized her childhood dream of owning her own horse.
Functional Architect
Phil has been working with Salesforce for over 16 years and has performed more than 60 customer implementations during that time. He is a certified Sales Cloud Consultant and certified Salesforce Administrator. Most of his experience has been in the Sales Cloud, the Service Cloud, and Salesforce Communities, as well as integrations with many Salesforce add-on products, such as Pardot, Eloqua, and Demand Tools. .
Phil has implemented and supported Salesforce clients ranging from 5 seats to 2,000 seats. His past portfolio includes commercial, non-profit, and governmental clients such as Colliers International, See's Candies, New Balance Shoes, the US Postal Service, and John Kerry's Presidential campaign. Phil joined Aptaria in 2008.
Phil holds a B.A. degree in Political Science and an M.B.A. in Information Systems from the George Washington University.
He lives near Denver with his wife and daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys playing board games and traveling.
Technical Architect
Dagoberto has been working as a developer since he was 18 years old. He started working with Salesforce in 2015, and during that time, he specialized in creating and publishing Managed Packages in AppExchange and making extensible and strong solutions for issues presented by clients.
He is a three-time Salesforce Certified professional: Platform App Builder, Administrator, and Platform Developer I. He also holds an Informatics Science Engineering degree from the University of Informatics Sciences in Havana, Cuba.
Dago lives in Montevideo, Uruguay, with his wife and daughter, although he is proudly Cuban. In his free time, he enjoys reading, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.
Web Developer and User Experience Specialist
Ross has more than 30 years of experience in developing, implementing, and supporting technology solutions to business issues. He is experienced in analyzing business processes and procedures, helping clients implement streamlined operations, and developing the mechanisms to sustain business improvement and efficiency.
Ross has spent his career working with user-facing, interactive technologies. In the early 90's, Ross worked to develop the first interactive voice-response application for employee benefits enrollment. Currently, his work focuses on developing the latest web-based software for the desktop and mobile devices.
General Counsel
Bringing more than a decade of legal experience to her role, Chen Qian advises Aptaria on issues related to intellectual property and patents.
Chen’s years as a software engineer, as well as her knowledge of litigation and patent law, prepared her for practicing in a corporate setting and in the technology industry. Prior to her legal career, Chen designed and developed data analytics software, SDK, and customized web applications.
She has practiced law at Fish & Richardson, the nation’s top intellectual property law firm, where she represented high-profile clients in high-stake patent litigations. She has also prepared and prosecuted patent applications in various high-tech subject areas in front of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Chen earned her bachelor’s degree in computer science from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. She went on to earn her master's degree in computer engineering from Lehigh University and a Juris Doctor degree from Catholic University Columbus School of Law.
An active member of the Virginia State Bar, Washington DC Bar Association, Chen is also a registered patent attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She is affiliated with American Bar Association, American Corporate Counsel Association, and American Intellectual Property Law Association.
Edward Choi is an accomplished, results-focused executive with a passion for driving revenue focused strategic initiatives from new business models to industry-leading partner programs. Edward launched startup initiatives within Fortune 50 companies and propelled PE-backed startups to profitability.
Edward is the Senior Vice President of Global Alliances for Absolute Software. In his current role, he is responsible for the Partner Ecosystem Solutions business and driving strategic partnerships with leading technology companies to co-create and launch new innovative security solutions.
Prior to Absolute Software, Edward was the Corporate Vice President of Global Alliances for Samsung Mobile, responsible for executing and managing strategic partnerships with top tech partners including Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, KPMG, and VMWare.
Edward’s previous experiences include GTM, BD and Customer Success senior leadership positions at HP Enterprise, Verizon Business, Accenture, and VeriSign.
Edward studied electrical engineering at the University of Maryland.
Carrie-Anne Mosley is Head of Global Sales for BMC Software's Remedyforce, a solution built on the Force.com platform. Her team is responsible for Remedyforce sales by the BMC sales organization, through BMC partners, and through its partnership with Salesforce.com.
Previously Carrie-Anne was a Regional Vice President at Salesforce.com covering State & Local East as well as a Regional Vice President for commercial sales in the Mid-Atlantic States. Before working at Salesforce.com, she spent 14 years at Oracle as a Regional Manager.
Carrie-Anne has a master's degree in information systems and telecommunications from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor's degree in government and politics from the University of Maryland. She looks forward to bringing her industry and client experience to the Aptaria advisory board as the company enters a new era of growth.
